RiverHawks Open LSC Tournament Play
TAHLEQUAH, Okla. --- Northeastern State, ranked 16th in the nation, will open play in the Lone Star Conference Women’s Tennis Championship Friday at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center.
The RiverHawks, seeded No.2 in the LSC, will open play against 7th seeded East Central University at 9:30 a.m.
Abilene Christian, the defending LSC Tournament champion, is seeded No. 1 entering the tournament and will open against No.8 seed Southeastern State. No. 3 seed Tarleton State plays No. 6 Midwestern State and No. 4 Central Oklahoma takes on No. 5 Cameron.
Semifinal play will be played Friday at 2 p.m. with the RiverHawks/East Central winner meeting the Tarleton State/Midwestern State winner. The other semifinal match will involve the winner between Abilene Christian/Southeastern State and UCO/Cameron winner.
The championship round will be played Saturday at 9:30 a.m.at the Oklahoma Tennis Center.
