Youth Soccer Camps Ahead

Northeastern State University will offer soccer camps this summer for area youth.

Chase Wooten, women's soccer head coach, and Rob Czlonka, men's soccer head coach, will conduct the camps in late July and early August.

NSU's Half-Day Youth Camp, July 25-29, is for boys and girls ages 5-8 and is designed to help young players develop their skills in a fun environment. The program runs from 9 a.m through 11:45 a.m. daily.

The Advanced Full-Day Camp, July 25-29, is for boys and girls ages 9-13. The camp runs from 9 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. daily and is designed to train players in an advanced level of soccer through technical and tactical sessions, coaching demonstrations and full-sided games.

Aug. 1-4, NSU will host its High School/Club Team Camp for boys and girls varsity and junior varsity programs. By far the most popular camp offered, it attracts teams looking to take their game to the next level and is designed for groups of 13 or more.
