Varner Inks Golf Commitments

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. --- Northeastern State golf coach Scott Varner got three commitments from high school seniors last week during the fall National Letter of Intent signing period.

Those signing NLIs were: Brent Williamson of Broken Arrow, Okla. (Broken Arrow High School), Jett Johnson from Norman, Okla. (North High School) and Michael Varner from Claremore, Okla. (Cascia Hall High School).

All three will be incoming freshmen for the RiverHawks next fall.

Also signing with Northeastern State's women's golf program was Alex Koch, a senior at Jenks, Okla. (Jenks High School). Koch plays for the Trojans and former Northeastern State All-American Danielle (Miron) Frost.
