D. Willis, 5-10, 145-pound redshirt freshman guard from Vinita, is the son of
David Willis III.

A graduate of Vinita High School where he was coached by Tony Roach, played in
the Lake O'Cherokee All-Star game and the Oklahoma Basketball Coaches
Association All-State game. He was also a member of the National Honor Society.
