Next Up: Fighting Sioux
TAHLEQUAH, Okla. --- Northeastern State will take on its first-ever NCAA Division I football opponent on Saturday afternoon when the RiverHawks meet North Dakota in the 45th Annual Potato Bowl USA. Kickoff at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, N.D., is set for 4 p.m.
Two games into the 2010 campaign, Northeastern State is 1-1, with a victory over Tarleton State followed by last week's 43-13 loss to fifth-rated Abilene Christian. The Fighting Sioux are 0-2, but have been on the road twice this year against FBS opposition. This will be UND's home opener.
