Homer returns for his senior season with a wealth of experience. A three-time All-Lone Star Conference North Division performer and an LSC Scholar Athlete in 2007 and 2008,  Homer has become known as one of the best kickers in the conference. 

Homer broke the school record for the longest field goal with a 55-yarder at Tarleton State in the second game of the year. He later bettered the mark with a 56 yard field goal against Southwestern. 

Homer is an elementary education major.
