Fall Camp Begins Sept. 11 at 2 pm
Northeastern State University Baseball will be conducting a fall camp on the campus of NSU.
The camp is open to all 9th graders through 12th graders at a cost of $130 and conducted by the NSU baseball coaching staff.
"The Fall Camp will run on five successive Sundays starting on September 11th, at 2 p.m. This is a great opportunity to come and improve your game in a positive environment," said Janssen. "The fall camp is open to players of all abilities. The NSU staff will work very hard to help you come away from this camp a better player."
The first camp day (Sept 11th) will be an evaluation process to determine the individual skill level of each player. After the first week, the fall camp will consist of four Sundays of specialized instruction and competition. Only a limited number of players will be accepted to insure a meaningful camp experience.
"NSU will always use its camps as an avenue to introduce potential student-athletes to its campus," said Janssen, "and building our core recruiting base with local student-athletes is a priority."
